- Refunds are only for first-time customers. Renewals and repeat orders are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for accounts that have been shared, misused, or violate our Terms of Service.
- Once a refund is approved, your IPTV access will be immediately revoked.
IPTV Apps & Refund Policy (Important Notice)
We are an IPTV subscription provider only. We do not own or develop third-party IPTV apps (like Smart IPTV, IBO Player, etc.). App activation fees are charged by their developers, not us. We offer free APKs exclusively for Firestick — see our setup guides for details.
No refunds will be provided if a customer refuses to activate a required third-party app or requests a refund due to app-related costs.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your refund request.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, registered email address, and the reason for your refund request.
- Review Process: Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, minus the 7% processing fee.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Eligibility for a Refund

- You are a first-time customer — refunds do not apply to renewals or repeat purchases.
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- Your account has not been used in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Your account has not been shared, resold, or used by multiple unauthorised users.
- You have followed our setup guides and attempted basic troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

- The customer purchased a renewal or top-up subscription.
- More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase date.
- The customer has not contacted our support team to attempt troubleshooting before requesting a refund.
- The customer requests a refund due to costs associated with third-party apps that we do not control.
- The account has been used in a manner that violates our Terms of Service.
