These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Subscriber") and IPTV Ireland 4K Irish ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our IPTV Ireland subscription service, website, and related services. By subscribing to our service or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and Subscribers of our service. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our service.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.
2. Definitions
The following key terms are used throughout these Terms:

3. Eligibility

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and subscription process.
- Not be located in a country where our Service is prohibited by applicable law.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion, particularly if any of the eligibility criteria are not met.
4. Account & Subscription
4.1 Account Creation
When you subscribe, we provide you with unique Credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes) sent to the email address you provided. You are solely responsible for safeguarding these Credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Security
You agree to:
- Keep your Credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Use a strong, unique password if password-based login is offered.
- Not allow simultaneous use of your Credentials on more devices than your plan permits.
4.3 One Account Per Subscriber
Each Subscriber is permitted one active Subscription per plan. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent device limits, free trial restrictions, or any other policy is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
5. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payment
5.1 Available Plans
We offer subscription plans of varying durations and device limits, as detailed on our pricing page. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to applicable taxes.
5.2 Payment
Payment is required in full and in advance for each Subscription period. We accept payments via PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Payments are processed by independent third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect Subscriptions already paid for during their current term, but will apply to renewals and new Subscriptions.
5.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your country of residence in connection with your Subscription.
6. Free Trial Terms
We may offer a 24-hour free trial to new users to evaluate the Service before subscribing. Free trials are subject to the following:
- Only one free trial per person, household, IP address, or device.
- Free trials provide full access to the Service for the trial duration only.
- No payment information is required to start a free trial.
- At the end of the trial period, access is automatically disabled unless you purchase a paid Subscription.
- We reserve the right to refuse free trial access at our discretion or to verify trial eligibility.

7. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
7.1 No Auto-Renewal
Our Subscriptions do not auto-renew. At the end of your Subscription period, access to the Service will end automatically unless you choose to purchase a renewal.
7.2 Renewal
You may renew your Subscription at any time before or after expiry by purchasing a new plan through our pricing page or by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by simply not renewing. There are no cancellation fees. Mid-term cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund unless required by applicable consumer protection law or as set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities — engaging in any of the following will result in immediate, permanent termination of your account without refund, and may result in civil or criminal liability:
1. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service or your Credentials to any third party.
2. Sharing your Credentials with anyone outside your immediate household, or using them on more devices than your plan allows.
3. Public performance or display of the Content in bars, restaurants, hotels, offices, or any other commercial or semi-public setting.
4. Recording, copying, downloading, or rebroadcasting any Content for distribution.
5. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Service.
6. Bypassing geographic restrictions on individual Content streams (some streams may be geo-restricted by their original broadcasters).
7. Using the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, money laundering, or harassment.
8. Interfering with or disrupting the Service, our servers, or other Subscribers' access (including denial-of-service attacks, malware, or excessive automated requests).
9. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits, refund policies, or account suspensions.
10. Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the offending account, reporting to law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, website design, software code, and other intellectual property associated with IPTV Ireland 4K Irish are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
9.2 Content Ownership
The Content accessible through the Service is owned by the respective broadcasters, content creators, and rights holders. Your Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and stream the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9.3 Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed by Content accessible through our Service, please follow the procedure outlined in our DMCA Policy.
10. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime across our infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will give advance notice where possible).
- Emergency maintenance or security updates.
- Issues with upstream content providers or third-party broadcasters.
- Disruptions to internet service, electricity, or other infrastructure outside our control.
- Force majeure events (see Section 19).
10.1 Channel Availability
Channel lineups may change. Individual channels and streams are provided by third-party content providers and may be added, removed, or modified at any time without notice. We make no guarantee that any specific channel will be available throughout your Subscription period. See our channel list for current offerings.
10.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
11. Third-Party Apps & Services
Our Service is accessed through independent third-party IPTV applications such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, Smart IPTV, IBO Player, Perfect Player, and similar players. These apps are developed and maintained by independent third parties and are not owned, operated, or controlled by us.
You acknowledge that:
- We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or content of any third-party app.
- Activation or licensing fees charged by third-party apps are separate from your Subscription and are not refundable by us.
- Your use of any third-party app is governed by that app's own terms of service and privacy policy.

12. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, by accepting these Terms and beginning to use the Service immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited or waived in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive (digital content provided on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with your consent).
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any Content accessed through the Service.
- Warranties that any defects in the Service will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law, including consumer protection rights you may have under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 or equivalent legislation in your country of residence.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
- We shall not be liable for any damages caused by your use of the Service in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPTV Ireland 4K Irish, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.
16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the Service and not renewing your Subscription. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
16.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have:
- Violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Failed to make a required payment.
- Created a risk or possible legal exposure for us, our service providers, or other Subscribers.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, and 21) shall survive.
17. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. For material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify Subscribers via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you also have access to the consumer protection laws of your country of residence and the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes.
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action.
- Internet outages, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
- Strikes, labour disputes, or supply chain failures.
- Actions of upstream content providers or third-party broadcasters.
20. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with Section 18.
21. General Provisions
21.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Service.
21.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
21.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
21.5 Notices

21.6 Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
